Please read these terms and conditions in full before using the ke035 platform. This document sets out your rights, responsibilities, and the basis of our mutual relationship.

Important: By using this platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full. ke035 services are available only to persons aged 21 and above.
ke035 is an online gaming and entertainment platform built specifically for players in Bangladesh. By accessing this website, registering an account, playing any game, or completing any financial transaction, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these terms.
ke035 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
These terms are written in English and apply to Bangladeshi players. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.
Account & Eligibility Requirements
The following eligibility criteria and conditions must be met in order to open an account and actively use the ke035 platform.
Age Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years old to register at ke035. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. ke035 reserves the right to verify age when required, and if false information is provided the account will be closed immediately.
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account at ke035. Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is a direct breach of these terms. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information
The name, address, contact number, and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate. If any details change, notify the ke035 support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details fully confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ke035 support immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All rules relating to financial transactions at ke035 are set out in detail below. Please read this section carefully before depositing or withdrawing funds.

Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.
- You may only deposit funds from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name.
- Third-party payments are not accepted — transactions may be cancelled if identity cannot be verified.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see section 4 for details).
- ke035 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.
- If identity verification is requested, the withdrawal may be delayed until the required information is provided.

ke035 offers attractive bonuses for new and existing players. Please make sure you are fully aware of the conditions below before claiming any bonus.
Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available when you make your first deposit after creating an account at ke035. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
The welcome bonus is available to each player once only and applies to the first deposit after account creation. The payment method cannot be changed after the bonus has been claimed.
Wagering Requirements
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.
- The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is calculated from the date the bonus is credited.
- Wagering on certain games may contribute at different rates — details will be noted in the game information.
- If the account is closed before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misusing bonus offers, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through any systematic method is against ke035 policy. If such activity is identified, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
VIP Programme Terms
ke035's VIP programme has three tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and additional benefits.
Bronze
The entry tier of the VIP programme. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback. Regular play allows you to advance to higher tiers.
Silver
Mid-tier VIP members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback and priority support. This tier is reached by regular activity from Bronze.
Gold
The highest VIP tier. Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive offers.
- Decisions on VIP tier upgrades are at the discretion of ke035 and depend on the player's activity.
- Cashback is generally credited to accounts on a set day each week.
- Wagering requirements may apply before cashback amounts can be withdrawn.
- ke035 reserves the right to cancel VIP membership in the event of a breach of these terms.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
All games at ke035 are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps every outcome completely random and impartial. Any attempt to influence a game result — through software or any other means — is strictly prohibited.
Disconnection
ke035 is not responsible for internet disconnections during play. The last activity recorded on the server will be considered final. If a technical fault affects a game outcome, ke035 will make a decision subject to investigation.
Prohibited Activities
- Using any automated software, bot, or script to play.
- Attempting to gain an advantage by breaching game rules (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
- Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Using any fraudulent payment method or filing a chargeback claim.
- Harassing or threatening other players.
Privacy & Data Protection
ke035 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data and transactions secure. Users' personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

- Fraudulent payment activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of the bonus system.
- Threatening behaviour towards other players or staff.
User's Right to Close Account
Any player may close their ke035 account at any time by contacting support. Any balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus balances where wagering requirements have not been met will not be returned.
Limitation of Liability
ke035 strives to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform. However, ke035 is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or internet disruptions.
ke035's liability for any financial loss is limited to a maximum of the user's account balance at the time of the relevant event. ke035 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Maintenance & Updates
ke035 reserves the right to temporarily suspend service for routine server maintenance and updates. Any funds in active games at the time of maintenance will be returned to the account balance. Maintenance schedules will be communicated in advance where possible.
